The Pop Art behind the Louis Vuitton Graffiti Pochette will Always Remain Contemporary

One of the greatest artists of all time is going to be honored with a special exhibition of photographs related to his work. That artist is none other than Andy Warhol, who will be given a tribute with the “I’ll Be Your Mirror: Photographs and Important Works by Andy Warhol” exhibition.

Warhol, although mostly well known for his silk screen multi colored paintings, certainly was a master in many other art forms, including filmmaking, sculpting and, as this exhibition will show, photography. Warhol used photography to show off many of his factory stars or the area he lived in. In this exhibition, the photographic works of Warhol, over 150 black and white silver gelatin and Polaroid pictures of various themes, is going to be shown for the world to see.

Some of them are easily recognizable, others will be unknown but all of them are sure to be interesting. From the private collection of Warhol’s assistants, Pat Hackett and Sam Bolton (Warhol’s last assistant), many of the photographs have never been seen before.  Jim Hedges, the famous art collector, will also be donating many works from his private collection into the exhibition.

Running at the New York Design Center from September 3 through October 7, this is one exhibition everyone should see!

Add a touch of contemporary pop art with an exclusively designed and authentic Louis Vuitton Graffiti Pochette, designed  by the late Stephen Sprouse.  Upon its release, the Graffiti line instantly became a key collectable in designer handbags with fans such as Ashlee Simpson and Madonna grabbing on to one proving that this trend is here to stay.

Made in extremely limited quantities, the Louis Vuitton pochette is rare and difficult to get the hands on one.  The graffiti pochette offers everything in an LV handbag from its traditional fine brown LV monogram canvas and graffiti splat in almond on the entire exterior.

The adjustable vachetta leather strap gives the pre-owned Louis Vuitton pochette versatility by yet presenting a new look as a wristlet or tucking the strap away to become a clutch.  Even its gold-tone hardware is not skimped on and is in true-to-form LV quality.

The bag is opened via a top zipper closure and lined in fine brown textile canvas. There is enough room to tote along belongings that are required. This pre-owned LV pochette is ideal for day and is both chic and functional.

An authentic Louis Vuitton Graffiti Pochette contains an urban jungle edginess that will match any event involving Andy Warhol.
