We are committed to bringing affordable luxury to our customers. Finance your purchase over 3, 6, or 12 months with Affirm. Simply select Affirm at checkout and choose the monthly payment option that works best for you.

 

 

 

Who is eligible for the Affirm payment option?
Affirm is only offered to individuals in the US with a US mobile number, shipping address and SSN.


Does Affirm perform a credit check?
Affirm performs a ‘soft’ credit check to help verify your identity and determine your eligibility for financing. This ‘soft’ credit check will not affect your credit score. If you apply for more loans, Affirm may perform additional ‘soft’ credit checks to ensure that they offer you the best financing options possible.


Where do I make my monthly payments?
You can make your payments through your Affirm account at affirm.com/pay


Can I change my shipping address?
No. Changing a shipping address post transaction completion is not allowed. The transaction must be cancelled and you must place the order again with the desired shipping address.


How do I return and get refunded for my purchase?
Review our Return Policy to initiate a return, or contact us immediately to cancel your order prior to shipment. Once your order has been approved for cancellation or return, the charge is removed from the Affirm account, minus any restocking fees per our Return Policy

SHOP WITH LUXE LAYAWAY

The Luxe Layaway process is simple and easy:

  1. Select the Payment Plan option on the product page for the product you would like to purchase, and make your first payment upon checkout.
  2. By default, the balance is automatically billed in equal monthly installments - however, to guarantee your item is paid for and ships by a specific date, we'll work with you to build a custom payment schedule.
  3. Once your item is fully paid, it ships!

The additional payments are deducted the same day of the month as your initial purchase date. For instance, if you made you made a 3-payment purchase on Aug. 10, your remaining payments would be deducted on Sep. 10 and Oct. 10, and your items ships on Oct. 10.

To get your product sooner, you can choose to pay off your item at any time, just give us a call!


CANCELING PAYMENT PLAN

For items not yet shipped, you can call or email our customer service team requesting to cancel your Payment Plan order. The balance of payments made will be refunded in the original form of payment (to your credit or debit card), minus a $50 processing fee.

FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENTS

If you fail to make a scheduled payment for your Payment Plan order, one of our customer service representatives will attempt to contact you by email and/or phone. If we cannot collect payment within two weeks, the item will be made available to other customers. The balance of payments made will be refunded as a store credit for a future purchase, minus a $50 processing fee
