Each designer handbag is inspected from top to bottom by an authenticity expert to ensure it meets all of our standards before it is sent to you. Our authenticators have been trained to inspect each bag to ensure that it has authentic materials, hardware, lining, lettering & embossing, codes, cards, packaging and features. We take careful measures to confirm an item's authenticity before placing it on our site for sale.

RETURNS FOR AUTHENTICITY REASONS
Our goal is to offer a safe shopping experience for our customers. If any item purchased from our site is deemed inauthentic by a well-recognized authentication expert, we will take it back and offer a full refund, including all shipping costs. Documentation from the well reputed source stating their findings is required.

1) Contact a trained authentication expert to have your item authenticated. Request a written statement of their findings.

2)  Send a copy of their findings to our team by email or fax (cs@luxedh.com or 855-848-2880).

3) We will contact the authenticator and discuss their concerns. If the final determination is the item is not authentic, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund of the purchase price, including any taxes and shipping costs. The returned item will be destroyed.

Are items sold on LuxeDH replicas or authentic originals? We take careful measures to ensure that every item listed for sale is authentic. Learn more on our Authenticity page.

What condition are the items in? We are selective in the luxury goods we purchase and generally sell only new, like new or gently used items. Gently used items have minimal signs of soiling, abrasions, stains, scratches or tears. Natural tan leather has darkened due to contact with air and human skin although there are no signs of staining. Occasionally, we may list for sale vintage items that have been well loved or items that have been refurbished and we will make that clear in the description.
Every item includes a detailed description of its condition and images of any slight flaws or signs of wear. We do not sell items that are damaged beyond regular wear and tear. This includes items with broken hardware, zippers, significant tears or stains.

Do items come with original packaging and paperwork? Items that come with their original boxes, dust bags, authenticity certificates, and manuals will contain the appropriate message in their product descriptions. Every order that ships is presented and packaged to standards that match or exceed luxury retail stores.

Are the images shown on your website of the actual items listed for sale? Yes, we take detailed images of every product that we sell. We do our best to provide images of areas of wear for a pre-owned item.

Do you ship to international destinations? No. LuxeDH will only ship to addresses in the United States.
