No purchase is necessary. The Sweepstakes is open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family, affiliates, agencies and vendors are not eligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins 12:01 AM ET on March 10, 2015 and ends 11:59 PM ET on March 15, 2015.
4.HOW TO ENTER:
There is only one way to enter the Sweepstakes: Follow Luxe Designer Handbags on Instagram at https://instagram.com/luxedh. 1) Regram (repost) the Sweepstakes photo, 2) use the hashtag #LuxeDHMK and, 3) tag 2 of your friends. The prize can only be awarded to a person who completed the three requirements. Each person is limited to 1 entry per person, per day (for a maximum of six entries).
5.DRAWING and NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS:
Two potential winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. The Drawing will be held on or around March 17, 2015. Sponsor, whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final, will conduct the Drawing. The potential winners will be notified through Instagram within (3) days of the Drawing. If the potential winners cannot be contacted within three (3) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she is ineligible (under these terms and conditions or due or failure to comply with these terms and conditions), an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received.
6. PRIZES::

Each winner will receive:
A Michael Kors Gold-Tone Chrono Stainless Steel Watch.
The approximate retail value of the prize package is $250.
No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of comparable or greater value.
7. TAXES:
All taxes and other fees not expressly stated in the prize description are the responsibility solely of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner is required to provide Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the prize.
8. PUBLICITY:
Acceptance of a prize shall constitute the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, and/or photograph for advertising and other promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies and agents from any and all claims or liability arising out of entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors relating to computers, servers, providers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is to submit another entry in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions terms or in a disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11. SWEEPSTAKES RESULTS:
The winner of the sweepstakes will be selected on or around March 17, 2015. Sponsor will notify the winners through Instagram. If the winner cannot be reached or does not reply within three (3) business days, Sponsor has the right to choose another winner from the entries.
