Fashion retailer Bergdorf Goodman is the star of titled “Scatter My Ashes at Bergdorf’s” with a cast of hundreds of notables in the fashion and celebrity industry in a tell-all documentary film. It promises to highlight the history and influence of Bergdorf Goodman has had on those who have walked through its doors.  

Its unusual title is derived from a Victoria Roberts cartoon featured in The New Yorker of two women sitting at a table with one simply saying "I want my ashes scattered over Bergdorf's."

Linda Fargo is featured as the woman responsible for the unique and iconic window designs and now serves as Chief VP.  She is also the cowriter and director of the documentary. Time Magazine has named her as a ‘Woman in Luxury’ and she has become an instrumental part of Bergdorf Goodman’s long term success

Bergdorf Goodman has been the backdrop in many films and is the place that Barbra Streisand in her Emmy winning special “My Name Is Barbara” sang while throwing minks and sables about.
