·         Mix one cup of sweet almond oil with 1/2 a cup of liquid soap.

Almond Moisture Mask

·         Blend one teaspoon of honey with two tablespoons of finely ground almonds and 1/2 a teaspoon of lemon juice.

·         Rub gently on the feet and rinse off with warm water.

Milk and Honey Moisture Mask

·         Combine four teaspoons of honey and three tablespoons of milk.

·         Smooth the mixture over the feet and wrap with saran wrap.

·         Leave on for ten minutes; rinse with warm water and pat dry.

Softening Lotion

·         Mix one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of vegetable, sunflower or olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice.

·         Rub into feet and allow to dry.
